Loved that we get to use the mattress machine, Abdul was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He made choosing our mattress so much easier and gave good advice, really glad we had him as our advisor! Will 100% come back and hope to be served by Abdul again.

We were served by Abdul in the Staples Corner store. He was highly knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. It was a joyous experience buying a mattress with him. I had done all my research online so thought I knew what I wanted. The he listened to what we wanted, understood our needs and genuinely helped us find what we were looking for. We were happy as we purchased exactly what we went for, but we were extremely happy with the employee that dealt with us in your Staples Corner branch ( Nadia)! She was friendly and polite and her product knowledge was second to none.

Our customer service rep Nada was just fantastic. She greeted us immediately, and was the perfect balance of warm and professional all while being very knowledgeable about the products. She wasn’t “sales pitchy” and was able to answer all of our questions, and was largely why we are able to make a same day decision because there was no pressure. She deserves to be recognized and she is an asset to your team.

Chris the store manager provided exceptional customer service. The store was short of staff, but he ensured we were well looked after and gave us time to make a decision plus kept coming back to check we were ok whilst serving other customers. Chris and Nada were incredibly helpful and attentive. They never rushed us into making a decision and were incredibly patient with us and all the questions we had! They were both very knowledgeable on all the different mattresses and bed frames available - even those that weren’t in the store!

Everyone was really nice and helpful. They took the time to make sure we were purchasing the items that most suited us and the offers at the store were really good. Purchased an amazing mattress for a very competitive price so I'm extremely happy about my experience there.
