Dreams - Staples Corner

The service and the explanations was given. With every question I gave them was answered with either showing me or explaining it very thoroughly. I was very pleased with the service I received by krsytel and I think the man's name was Mark. They where very helpful and I couldn't of asked for more

The assistant was very friendly and helpful, she took time & patients to help. Refreshments was offered also.

I always shop in dreams when I am looking for bedroom furniture. I also always seem to go to staples corner. The staff are friendly and don't put any pressure on you to buy. They also give you plenty of time to browse.

I first called in to the store on Friday afternoon and was helped by Ramin B164 who was exceptionally helpful and knowledgable but not remotely pushy (I hate pushy sales people). Happily he was in the shop when I returned to make the purchase today, he remembered me and the items I had been looking at. One of his colleagues offered me a cup of tea while Ramin processed my order, he explained all the options on the finance really well and all in all it was first rate customer service delivered with a smile but not a forced one! Excellent, a real credit to the company.

Krystal at the Staples corner store is an absoulute legend. Great personality, warm and not pushy, amazing product knowlegde and very funny and calm. She is a real asset to the store!

The sales people, Krystal and Mark were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and charming. I would not have bought my bed at Dreams without their time and input. Highly commendable. Made it a pleasurable experience.
