Friendly, personable manner of the store manager. Knowledge of products and time spent trying to find something I liked.

The salesman, Turk, was very helpful, polite and professional.

The assistance from Krystal was second to none. She was friendly and the knowledge of the beds we purchased was brilliant. She was so helpful we got two of the beds she answered all the question we had. The delivery date is so far but it was out of her control. She is an assert in your business. First class service and that was the second return after a month of purchasing a double bed. Going back soon for bedroom furniture.

I received truly excellent customer service from Crystal in Staples Corner branch. She had helped me locate an item I had discussed with a colleague in Tottenham Court rd branch. She knew this product immediately, was able to answer all my queries and gave excellent guidance on how to get to the store by public transport. When in the store, she remembered our conversation, was able to direct me to exactly what I was look for ( for purchase on a separate occasion) and was able to attend to me at the same time as offering multiple customer service to the many clients who were also in the store. She was gracious, professional and accomplished in dealing with me and all the customers around her. Her customer service was impressive.I hope you will recognise the great work that Crystal is doing for your shop and for your brand.

I bought my new mattress for the Dreams store in staples corner and I dealt with sales assistant Wojciech, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would defiantly buy from Dreams again.

We were looking for a good mattress and went to the store where we weren't expecting to be very well treated by a seller. He was very helpful and he explained everything to us and we bought more things like pillows and cover mattress.

Had to wait a bit But the nice chap took payment and then sent me a receipt when the till/pic was free
