I found what I was looking for with ease.

Ian and his team were superb at finding us just the product we required. We wanted to view one of the rolled up take home mattresses, he knew exactly where it was on display in the shop and was able to offer us the display one at a discount price. Both Ian and colleagues helped to prepare the mattress to go into the car, we were offered tea or coffee. We also required a topper again Ian was able to retrieve one from the stockroom and the price had been discounted. Very helpful and very friendly staff. Probably would not return to this particular store because we do not live in the area. We were purchasing items for a student daughter who was moving into a nearby location.

Extremely helpful staff who made us aware of a much cheaper option of the same mattress that we were purchasing because it was ex display but absolutely perfect for our needs. Mattress topper was not on display in size required but staff member looked in stock room and found one.
