I am highly satisfied with the service provided because the Sales Advisor was very friendly, helpful and patient when dealing with our requests and sorting out the delivery date and time for the order. He was very careful and clear when explaining the procedure and the Guarentee and what the terms and conditions were upon purchasing the product.

I wasn't sure what type of mattress I needed before I went but the staff soon worked out the best option for me and I ended up buying a few extras useful items including a mattress protector and pillows.

The Store Manager Turk dealing with me was patient and understanding of my needs. He also came across problems in trying to book my order as the system was not allowing him to. He made many calls to many different departments to find a resolution. He went above and beyond to get the problem fixed, it took ages due to other departments not answering the phone, or passing him on to others. He was kind and friendly and didn't show his frustration, which he must have been feeling!

The sales person was friendly and very knowledgeable about the products available and about any specific queries I had. I was offered a cup of tea too!
