Our current bed is a Dreams mattress which was replaced due to a problem but because of that we felt that you would look after us and felt loyal to the brand. We had a cheaper offer at Bensons but felt loyal to Dreams. When we arrived at the store, it was not yet open and Amira was waiting to go in. She greeted us and updated us on when the store would be ready. So we got a coffee and came back to look at the beds. Amira was excellent at showing us the products and options and made it very easy for us to make the decision to buy from you.

The friendly approach of the staff member Amira, who listened sincerely to what we were looking for, and directing us to all the different mattresses, and describing the difference between the ones that we should try out. she was very informative

The service was great, Ian was very quick in understanding what I wanted. I took my time trying the mattresses and the staff were helpful.

Amira the staff member that served me was superb. She was kind courteous very knowledgeable and extremely professional in her manner and expertise.
