I had a warm welcome into the store , I have been given an opportunity to see all products I asked for with clear explanation and alternative as well in case I had to go for a something cheaper . At the end I managed to get everthing I was looking for the customer service was excellent, clear understand on prices , quality of product, guarantee of the product .

Ian was very attentive. Ian took care of us right away. Ian provided good advice.

My questions were answered fully and with courtesy. I was given a coffee while I waited for the order to be processed. The service was friendly and professional.

Amira was exceptional and she was the difference of ordering with dreams or bensons. She wasn't pushy and let us have a browse then approached us and showed the best mattress in the uk. She offered tea and coffee and even biscuits. After we choose our firmness of tempur she showed us the pillows which I am pleased she did as I suffer from neck problems. She was very quick in processing our order and I would like to personally thank her.

I bought my last mattress 13 years ago and I came in today and it was a breath of fresh air. The staff ,named marwan, was amazing and made my time perfect at the store. Tork who I think was the manager made us an amazing coffee. I will be coming back for my bed frame and will be telling my family to come also. Ps. I hope I win my money back
