My experience was only made great due to the colleague working there, Nada. She was very helpful, polite and very patient in helping us figure out what we wanted. I solely made my purchase based on the great customer Service we received from her as that is the main key factor I look into when buying products especially something so expensive.

The assistant was great. She gave us space when we were testing our the products and was very knowledgeable, knew the store inside and out and understood what we were asking. Very clear throughout.

We were met as soon as we entered the store, we were invited to scanner and then shown the 3 options recommended. Staff member was very helpful and made the whole experience very efficient as we had limited time.

The assistant Abdul was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful and the shop well laid out clean and shoppable. Slightly confusing when choosing what headboards go with what beds hence why we needed help from Abdul. We went to a few other bed stores but choose Dreams as the beds look good, although nit the best value as quite expensive, and we wanted to give the deal to Abdul as his service levels much better than elsewhere
