Elizabeth was very friendly and professional to assist our purchase on the right product.

We had a lovely experience at the store. Nada was very thorough and knowledgeable about the beds and made it very easy for us to choose the best one suited to our needs. She understood our requirements and helped us choose the best beds.

We had fantastic customer service from Abdul. He knew the range of products phenomenally well and knew exactly what we were asking even when we probably didn’t know what we saying. He was respectful and gave us time to discuss things privately but was also available at a glance. We looked at 4 other stores that day and I said to my girlfriend I wish we had Abdul to discuss this with, everyone else seemed very pushy and aggressive sales tactics. Abdul was absolutely the reason we walked out with a new bed from Dreams that day. He’s an absolute credit to the company. And we’ll be back at Dreams in the near future.

Friendly staff, keen to assist, knew the varieties of stock of mattresses

I was served by Elizabeth at the Staples Corner branch and her customer service was excellent. Elizabeth made me feel welcomed, relaxed and comfortable. I felt I had known Elizabeth for a long time. I would definitely visit the branch again...and no, I didn't know Elizabeth prior to this visit!

I was impressed with the bed that you lay on to determine what is best for you and I found the salesman most helpful I was quite surprised I normally go to John Lewis but I thought I would try yourselves I just hope I am satisfied when the mattress when it arrives!

The girl who helped was knowledgable, friendly but not overly pushy. The store was nice and airy. We were offered a drink. All in all a really pleasurable experience.

The store staff, attentiveness and knowledge were of the highest standard. They took time and care to listen to and understand my needs and requirements. The whole process and staff friendliness made my experience pleasurable and satisfying.
