the employee was brilliant, he explained the products, listened to our needs and suggested the right product. He allowed us time to think and decide.

Our salesman Godfrey was very thorough explaining different mattresses and bases left us to wander until we were ready, we left the store but came back as the staff knew what they were talking about Godfrey was with another customer when we came back so another salesman made us a coffee to have until he was free and he could take our order Very friendly staff in Seafield branch and I would recommend the store to family and friends

Very friendly and efficient service, not pushy at all

I visited the Dreams store in Leith to be greeted by Godfrey and John. Both were highly knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me in purchasing both a bed and mattress. John was very down to earth, authentic and had a great sense of humour. I purchased the bed and popped down to the store a few weeks later to purchase the mattress and dealt with Godfrey and Kevin who again were in very good spirits, friendly and made the experience an enjoyable one. I have yet to receive the bed as the mattress I purchased has to be made, so I am unable to comment on the quality until I receive the goods, but I am certain they will be a high standard. It was also pleasing that as I had chosen purchase a more expensive mattress, that I could receive the 2 year interest free credit option, as this makes payment for the goods easier as I will be able to spread the costs.

I was served by Kevin who was more than helpful, friendly and polite, I purchased a mattress and considered a new Downie also for the bed Kevin produced to us and described all the downies you had in stock I purchased the one suitable to me actually my intention was to go to John Lewis but I could not have got any better service there, therefore I also purchased a mattress cover. We were also given a coffee which was more than welcome while we were completing the transaction, In total a pleasant experience.

From entering the store we were made very welcome and offered a coffee which was most welcome , we were assisted by Kevin who was very pleasant, friendly and helpful so ended also with a downie and mattress protector which I intended to buy at John Lewis but I could not have received better treatment and more help at Dreams by Kevin

Fantastic service from the salesman, can't remember his name - sorry! He was friendly, knowledgable and very efficient, he also had a really good sense of humour.

Kevin (Seafield Road Store) has been brilliant. He found the perfect mattress for us and answered all questions we had. He has been very friendly and approachable. Thanks!

The assistant was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He provided me and my son and daughter with a cuppa whilst advising us, was patient and willing to spend time making sure I made the best choice for me.
