Really helpful lady called Anne who explained the various beds and the offers as well as the options for delivery and taling away our existing bed. Really friendly too

We have used this store before and were very happy with the service then.When we came in store yesterday we were greeted straight away by a lovely lady called Anne who asked the relevant questions to find out what we were looking for and immediately she pointed out the area we needed to be looking in.No pressure selling and very helpful, including a lovely cup of tea.

I came with my sister as I am mentally and physically disabled and don't leave home by myself. Anne the lady who dealt with us, offered me a cup of tea and told us to take as much time as I needed. This REALLY took my anxiety away and helped me a great deal. As an ex retail store manager, Anne couldn't do anymore for me. Excellent customer service is not readily available these days. Also I'm having a bed delivered by Dreams, which has been arranged through a charity called Glass pool. As I have spinal injuries from a bad accident a few years back. We told Anne this and which bed & mattress I'd be receiving. Anne kindly showed us the bed in store, so I could test out the mattress. Which I found so nice and helpful.

From start to finish the assistant was very informative about all the products show to us wasn't pushy and gave us knowledge on product that i didn't know existed

The sales assistant greeted us , was very knowledgeable on the products and offed us a drink while we discussed the options available

Assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. Explained everything clearly but not pushy. Very efficient and processed our order without fuss or delay. She was very polite . The range of beds and mattresses was excellent and offered great value and lots of choices.

Pleasant knowledable staff who listened to our needs. We even had a cup of coffee. We tried the beds with pillows given to us by staff. It was a quick delivery time. A nice experience throughout.
