we were shown various mattresses which suited our needs ,even offered a cup o tea ,spent lots of time with saleslady NATALIE helping us to choose the right one for us ,she was very attentive without being pushy and was very helpful at the Snipe Ashton u Lyne store ,LOOKING FORWARD TO RECEIVING OUR NEW MATTRESS AND MANY EXCELLENT NIGHTS SLEEP

The staff, especially Susan, were very helpful. They left us to walk round and checked on us and offered help and advice when we needed it. Susan was very knowledgable and very helpful and very patient as we spent a lot of time in the shop trying to decide which mattress we wanted.

From walking in the store the gentleman Adam was so helpful asked what we were looking for and advised on the best bed for us.. he even gave us pillows to try out mattresses..

Adam made us feel very welcome when we entered the store, offered us a drink and asked if we required any assistance, he gave us the information we required and allowed us to browse at leisure, we never felt pressurised or rushed in to making any purchase, he explained the differences in mattresses and encouraged to test each at leisure. Adam made the whole experience of shopping at this store very enjoyable, we knew he was there to assist if we needed assistance but never once felt that he was over bearing like many sales people we have come across.

Great experience. Friendly staff member (Shane) greeted us as we entered (but also let us browse when we mentioned we wanted a look around). Gave us a drink of waater whilst we browsed and answered all questions as we needed. Most importantly where he didn't know an answer he found out promptly rather than attempting to appear like he knew. Upon processing the order he went through everything and even offered us half price pillows althpigh we didnt need these.
