Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

The man at Ashton was very helpful, even gave us coffee when we sat to place an order , was very informant about the order and delivery time , and what to expect.

After looking around at various shops for a new mattress we decided to go back to dreams where we bought our last bed from 9 years ago the sales assistant Natalie was very friendly and helpful offered us a cup of tea or coffee and pillows so we could lie on the bed's.

From start to purchase the assistant Natalie at Dreams in Ashton-under-Lyne was brilliant, so pleasant and knowledgeable. It was a wonderful touch to offer us the better pillows. We did decline the hot chocolate though, fearing we’d fall asleep😁 In all incredible pleasant experience. Thanks guys! Ooo and thank you for the call when the pillows had come back in stock. Very friendly staff who gave good advice

I discussed my needs with the sales lady at Ashton under Lyne (Anne) she was extremely taking me through issues I needed to sort out.

We came in on Tuesday because we were looking for new mattress for our new flat and we noticed the store from the tram that goes around. When we came in we were really pleased with appearance of the store it was tidy and nicely organized. Lovely lady called Anne greeted us straight away and offered help. When we tried few mattresses with comfy pillows Anne helped us with decision as we couldn't decide. Then she gave us option of booking the mattress that we wanted and deliver it when we need it which was exactly what we needed then she took us to her computer where we sat down and she offered us a drink which was surprising as well because it was first time that somebody offered me drink while we shopping. She was lovely explained everything and we even had laugh. Paperwork didn't take too much time and everything was smooth. At the end she pointed out the deal for the pillows which we took as well. She was absolute star and can't praise her enough. We 're going to be back for our bed new bed frame soon. Thank you Anne and the dream team great shopping experience!!!

Adam, the member of staff was extremely helpful. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and he let us try lying on several mattresses, changing the pillows and also offered us tea/coffee. I had a problem with the Bank transaction using my card and he patiently waited whilst I called the Bank to sort out the matter. We had our grandson with us and he was also good with him.
