Anne who advised was superb

We arrived in store and started checking matress softness before we were spotted by a potentially mithering rep. When Anne did find us it turned out she was lovely. She greeted us warmly and offered us a brew. Now we had a better idea what we wanted we got Anne to guide us. She got us a couple of pillows and we went trying things out. We had all but settled and she mentioned the tempur matress. We tried that. My wife's over expensive tastes kicked in and we then went straight to order it. We weren't expecting to buy today so were in a rush. Anne just cracked on and got us sorted. So happy.

I was greeted by Natalie who was friendly and informative without being too pushy. She actually made me a cup of tea which I have to admit I really welcomed since I wanted to spend time having a good look around.

We were greeted as soon as we came in and Susie, who helped us, was very friendly. We only wanted a mattress but the range and the value were so good that we ended up buying a bed and two mattresses. We had lots of help choosing and lots of products explained to us. It was a really enjoyable visit.

Friendly service. Not pushy. Good package offered

I went online first to see price and look at the beds. The bed I was going to look at in the store I tried and didn't like to soft. Keith said try another one in the medium range I liked that one. A quick try of 2 more then back to my second bed I tried that is the one I purchased. With Keith`s help I was in the store 10 - 15 mins done and dusted happy days.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff

There was no pressure to buy, no one following you around the store, the sales assistants were there when we needed advice and then left us to get on with our browsing. After two hours, and several coffees we then purchased our new bed.

Sale person very help full efficient and help full.
