Went into the store and Anne greeted myself and son with a genuine smile. Seemed very knowledgable and friendly yet professional at the same time. Actively made an effort to find out what my requirements were rather than just try to sell me something. Did nor pressure me in any way to try and make the sale and was happy to show me many different kinds of beds and explained pros and cons (if any) of each. She also made us both a drink and was happy to do this. We spent half hour in store then went out for walk for last minute think but my mind was made up really by the first bed I tried. Came back in and Adam sorted the paperwork out for us. Really helpful as well. Very friendly, helpful and extremely good shopping experience. One of the best I have had. Would not hesitate to recommend your store. It was also very clean as well.

The lady that served was very very helpful, listened to are needs & went out of her way to make sure we got what we asked for & wanted, she also arranged delivery & is so in tune with her job which is something you don't get in today's retail world very often. The delivery system dreams have is second to none with texts & phone calls informing you where the delivery is up too & giving you a delivery time, very pleased & will recommend to family & friends & will buy from again. The staff were lovely, friendly and really helpful. Was a nice experience to be there. The cup of tea and coffee were a nice touch, and the staff stayed beyond closing time when there was a delay in getting the finance agreement from Creations.

I got what I was after and the assistant was most patiant

Anne was great, she welcomed me to the store asked if I needed assistance and was very helpful in making my choice, even gave me a comfy pillow whilst I tried the bed. I was offered a drink, which was very unexpected, nice touch in thought. Anne was really helpful whilst making the actual purchase and I was really pleased with how quick the delivery would be. Nice experience with nice, genuine staff and service. 5* 😊

Always a pleasure to shop at dreams, staff friendly and professional we got offered a hot drink. Spoilt for choice shame the bedroom furniture wasn't on show at Ashton branch been replaced with children's bunk beds!! Again thank you to all the lovely ladies for their help.

The staff had great product knowledge. I went in for a bed for my 4 year old who was with me. It isn’t easy to to keep a 4 year old occupied whilst looking for beds but the staff were great and understanding to this fact, in fact they encouraged him as much as me to try all the beds as it was going to be for him anyway.

We were treated so well by Anne and all the other staff in the store. Shown a large range of beds we were asking for. A lot to choose from. Offers a hot drink or a glass of water. A clean pillow while we tried the beds They also made us feel very relaxed. The rand of knowledge of the mattresses From Anne was amazing. We felt like we were at a friends house.
