Your colleague Natalie was very helpful and understanding because I ordered a mattress from another company and was let down last minute and left without anything to sleep on went past and noticed this store thought I would just pop in on the off chance but in my head I thought it would be out of my price range but to my shock ended up getting a brand new mattress 8year garentee and pillows and mattress protector and still came home with money in my pocket so was highly satisfied with my experience

Anne at dream was very very helpful. I led on the bed and Anne got me a pillow and made me and my husband very very welcome. And she got me and my husband a drink. She was very very helpful indeed.

We were greeted by Natalie she was really friendly smiley and polite. I had been in earlier in the day and she remembered me which was nice. She offered us a cup of tea many times and even a pillow to try the bed. She was lovely. She answered all our questions and helped us the best she could. Nothing seemed too much trouble. A real pleasure to be served by.

Really happy with how the store was laid out, and being able to lay on the beds. Adam was extremely knowledgeable about the products and very helpful

Anne and Adam of Dreams Ashton Under Lyne were fantastic in all ways. They provided a full 5 star service. Anne was considerate of my needs and assisted in all ways necessary to make the purchase of the bed as easy as possible. We were greeted warmly. Offered a drink several times and offered a variety of pillows to lie on in order to optimise comfort when trying all beds out in the store.

What a lovely lady Anne was so friendly and informative made our shopping for a mattress so easy offered us a coffee she is a credit to your staff wish every shopping experience was as pleasant.
