Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

We were looked after by Anne at Ashton under Lyne, who was lovely and gave us lots of information and assistance, would recommend to everyone.

went in looking for a new bed for our daughter picked one suitable staff friendly and wanted to help, having a chat with staff member and we discussed my mattress and how i am not sleeping well, staff member asked lots of questions and gave advise of a memory form mattress from the answers given from the questions asked, the mattress wasn't to expensive he asked about pillow etc but we recently bought new ones i didn't feel pressured at any point and the advice given i felt that he knew what would be best for us and i am sleeping better with the new mattress so i would definitely recommend Dreams a excellent service and pleasurable experience.

We came away with what we went for

We returned to replace our old Matress (bought from this store),and found it a very pleasing and easy experience. The store was clean, very helpful staff. The Staff members told us all we needed to know, with no pressure, and offering to make us hot rinks while we browsed. When we had decided on the right matress, a staff member called Anne came to see how we were doing, and made us a hot drink while we went through the ordering process. I have to commend Dreams in making it all such a pleasing way to shop, other places should aspire to the way you guys do things. We will always return to Dreams for any of our bed needs in the future. Thank you Dreams.

Your assistant Anne was most helpful and gave me her undevided attention and helped with getting the delivery to my home whilst my son was over from Germany for the Christmas season and he was also pleased with Anne's getting myuu needs as I am 83 years old and she gave me confidence as to the product suiting my health problems
