Good price for bed. We were welcomed, given a drink and supportive pillows to try out the mattresses. We were not rushed into making a decision.

we dealt with a lady called ann who was very knowledgable of the products in store and matched the correct itesm to our needs she was engaging, polite and attentive

Assistant was good. Met me soon after I entered the store and asked if I needed any assistance Understood the products, offered me a drink , and brought pillows for me to use. There was plastic on the bottom of the beds so I didn't have to remove my shoes. All in all a good experience but I spent more than I thought I would.

161A014633 validation code. I was served by susie and Adam, who were very patient as both me and my husband knew nothing about beds and couldn’t decide. They described all the different types of beds , pillows to help us decide. We laid down on a few different beds and was given time to think about how comfortable we thought the bed was. We were also offered drinks by three staff susie, Natalie, and Adam. Will definitely shop and recommend dreams to my friends and family.

On arrival to store greeted by Anne who showed us different varieties of mattresses, which saved us a lot of time and in our discussion new what type of mattress we would be suited to, once we tried out the one we bought we were highly satisfied and appreciated Anne's time.

Adam was very helpful. Assisted us as soon as we walked in store. Very helpful throughout.

I originally visited the Ashton under Lyne store on Thursday 27/12/2018 and was helped by Cheryl. She was very patient and knowledgeable and allowed me to try about fifteen beds before I found a suitable bed. As I was buying a super king size bed I needed to go home and make sure the bed and additional furniture I was buying would fit in my bedroom. She measured the bed and furniture and provided a competitive price. I was not put under any kind of pressure. I was supposed to return on 29/12/2018 but due to family circumstances I could not do this but managed to return on Friday 11/01/2019 and was assisted by Adam who remembered my first visit and very quickly processed and completed my order.
