Adam was very courteous and knowledgeable. He demonstrated the two sofa beds clearly and simply to me. The whole ordering process was quick and simple.

We were very happy with the experience. The store was warm and clean, the staff were welcoming and friendly making their assistance and presence known but not pushy and gave you the freedom to look. Anne who assisted me and my wife was great. Informative and even gave my wife different pillows to try with the different mattresses due to her back issues. My wife has cancer and the assistant was observant and offered chairs, drinks and was great with including the kids in the visit. The transaction was simple and quick and the speed of the possible delivery was so quick we had to push the date back. The service was excellent and we will definitely return and send anyone we know to dreams. Thank you Anne at Ashton under Lyne snipe and dreams.

We were highly impressed with the customer service. Upon entry to the store we were offered assistance, a pillow to test the mattresses with and a beverage. We were then left to our own devices (which we liked) until we signalled for further assistance. Everyone in the store was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. The whole experience was enjoyable and refreshingly pain free.

Very welcoming as soon as we entered the store. We’re shown what we wanted to see and not pushed into anything. Quick and easy as I hate walking around shops. Quick purchase procedure, which I like. Will be back when we need another mattress.
