The sleep station was a great help in finding which firmness of mattress we needed, and the help and knowledge from Natalie was highly satisfactory, and her patience in letting us try so many different mattresses.

I've shopped at Dreams for a while now, purchasing beds and mattresses. I've passed this on to many people and this is only because the expertise of the staff and the comical of the conversation we have during our visit/purchase. The Ashton under Lyne branch, Adam /Anne was very good couldn't ask for much more, so as a valuable customer I would really like to see there faces again to complete our 2nd phase purchase in our property. Me saying this as before the morning visit to Dreams, we went to Bensons, now that place needs manager skills and sales skills as we were told we had to buy today or the deal is off, to say they to my parents who, are over 70 yrs old is a very rude. putting customers into a positions like that is annoying, as well as among other things.
