Anne - the assistant who helped us was very friendly and engaging, explaining various options and styles that would meet our needs. We even had a coffee while we were placing the order!

Anne was very easy to talk to. She made us feel at ease whilst trying the different mattresses, we had a go on the new machine that advises which mattress suits your needs. All in all a lovely experience.

The sleep station was a great help in finding which firmness of mattress we needed, and the help and knowledge from Natalie was highly satisfactory, and her patience in letting us try so many different mattresses.
