From walking in the store the service I received was exceptional, the ladies were very helpful snd approachable, they seem to have the balance right knowing when to help and when to leave the customer alone - I really didn’t want or need a hard sell either - I really enjoyed my visit to your store and also bought more than I went in for - fabulous customer service and lovely ladies - would definitely return to this store again

The lady we saw greeted us and after that she directed us to the area we needed. She was very helpful and explained well about the product I needed. She gave us the right amount of time to look at the products on our own and try them out and she came back to see if we were ok. She wasn’t too pushy and she offered good advice which were relevant to my needs. The lady (called Ann) said she would try and arrange an early delivery after I explained my reasons for needing an electronically adjustable bed ASAP. I’m just hoping that will be possible, that would make such a difference. It was the first time I had been in a ‘Dreams’ shop and so far I’m very happy with the service we received. Looking forward to getting my much needed new bed and accessories.
