Very informative, helpful and friendly member of the staff. We didn’t feel pressured even though my grand daughter must have tried every single bed. Very relaxing experience and would definitely recommend to friends as well as using myself.

Friendly and professional service

The staff were caring (Adam and Anne), they were naturally interested in me as a person. They took time to advise me abd make me feel comfortable. I came to the store twice as I needed to decide which mattress to purchase. I wasn't put under any pressure to buy which would ukd have put me off. I really enjoyed my experience at the store.

Very friendly staff, used the mattress machine that determines which mattress is best suited to myself and partner, staff very helpful throughout, happy to spread the cost over 30 months

Staff listened to our needs and have good knowledge of the products which would suit our needs. We had previously visited several competitors who could not compete with this. Your machine was accurate and helpful too.

Two assistants were very friendly and helpful Took granddaughter next day to choose as bed was for her.They left her to look round an choose which she wanted but were then when she wanted to ask questions

As soon as I walked in there was assistance available, l was made very welcome and I was shown the product which I'd ask to see,also was shown a slight alternative to compare, which I was glad about, I was not put under any sort of pressure to make a decision but when I eventually did I was dealt with quickly and professionally.

The assistant Natalie was very helpful, friendly and attentive to my needs, I wasn’t pressured into spending over my budget, couldn’t wish for anymore
