Anne was a ‘dream’ haha. She was very helpful, funny and showed us all of the products available that were suitable for our needs.

The greeting was very welcoming and the report building was very thorough and help me decide which bed was suitable for me. Once we choose the bed, the ordering process was very fast and easy.

I was greeted by Anne when I came into store. She was very friendly and welcoming. She offered me a drink, gave me her name and asked me about what I was looking for in store. She showed me a number of beds and matresses before I made my selection and was very knowledgeable. We talked about Sleepmatch but as the bed is for my daughter this wasnt something that I needed. I didnt feel pressured into choosing soemthing that I didnt want. I have been served by Anne a year or so ago when I bought another bed and so I was very happy to be helped by her again.

All the staff were particularly friendly and helpful, especially Natalie. They spent time explaining the difference in products and comparing all the options
