Adam was extremely friendly and attentive. He was patient and listened to my needs and found the product perfect for me.

Anne and Adam were friendly and gave me the advice I requested, very professional without any pressure felt by me.Anne took charge of me supplied me with a pillow to use whilst trying the mattresses. Used the Sleepmatch. Offered a drink which I accepted gratefully. All in all a very enjoyable experience. Thank you.

The lovely Yorkshire lass Anne was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She remembered us straight away from a previous visit to the store and came straight over to help. She made our experience very pleasant and even offered us a drink as soon as we walked over to the desk. She made sure we found the perfect mattress to go with our bed of choice and made sure we were completely satisfied with everything before making our purchase. She even threw in some cool gel pillows & mattress protector with our order too!! Absolute 5* service!! Thanks Anne!!

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and listened to me and gave plenty options and just the right amount of guidance. With the help of the bed mattress assessing machine it was a pleasant experience.

I have a very uncomfortable mattress on my bed at the moment, Anne listened to me and my concerns Anne took her time with us and shown us a number of mattresses, even used the new machine in store to find the right mattress that would suit our needs and our budget. I was highly satisfied with my experience because I was greated by a very nice lady called Katie. She was very helpful and was able to help me pick the correct mattress I wanted. Very friendly

We first visited the store on Thursday 02/08/19 and Adam the assistant manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he didn't pressure us at all, he gave us all the information we required and then allowed us to peruse the products at our leisure, which is exactly how we prefer to shop. Adam also made us a very nice cup of coffee giving us time to discuss things amongst ourselves first of all but was readily available to help us again if we had further questions. Adam allowed us to take a swatch home that night to see which colour best suited our room to help us to make a decision. We returned on Friday 02/08/19 late in the evening due to work commitments and both Adam and the actual store manager were both on hand to advise us once again, even though it was very near to closing time. They both made us feel very welcome once again and we were then happy and ready to place our order.

We visited two other stores to find the best mattress to suit our needs. We found what we were looking for at a very good price. The staff were very helpful.
