The bed technology was excellent in helping us to choose which mattress was best for us. The salesperson, Anne, was excellent in her product knowledge and suggested the best bed we've ever led on!

I was acknowledged as soon as I came through the door by all three people on duty. The assistant who served me,Anne,was polite and asked pertinent questions in an approachable manner when I asked to be shown a variety of mattresses whose details I'd got from your website. My first choice was not available to test but she showed me a suitable alternative that was closest to my original choice to gauge the degree Of mattress firmness that I found suitable. When it turned out that I needed something firmer, she took me to your mattress tester which helped me to focus my attention on the comfort level I needed. When this was gauged she showed me an appropriate mattress within my budget and also explained how the company would take care of the removal of my old mattress. A suitable delivery date was agreed and an explanation was given regarding the delivery process. I was also offered a quality cup of tea while all this was organised. I left an extremely satisfied customer with a high opinion of the quality of the service that I had received.

Very helpful, very welcoming

We knew what type of mattress we wanted and the store assistant listened to us and asked interested and intelligent questions which helped us quickly narrow our search. There was no pressure to buy additional items (though we did) and it was nice to have all our needs met in one place by one person.

Store assistants were all very helpful and gave good advice. I was particularly impressed by their friendliness and straightforward good advice
