Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

Adam was very helpful and welcoming as soon as my partner and i walked into the shop. We were advised to go on the sleep match machine and we were given pillows. Adam aslo offered us a drink. We had visited other shops previous to coming to dreams but Because of adams excellent customer service we decided to purchase from here.

Soon as I walked in the staff was extremely friendly and helpful But not too much like forcing a sale

Everything was great. Natalie was amazing and made sure we have everything we need. She took care of us from the sec we got into the store.

The staff member who served us was very helpful and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly without being pushy and listened to what we wanted. She showed us various different mattresses and explained the differences between the ranges. She showed us what was on offer and we felt under no pressure at all.

Your colleague, Natalie, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was courteous but not overbearing, she gave us space to make our decision without interfering. We liked the fact that there was no ‘hard sell’...this can be off putting and usually has us running for the hills.

Natalie was very helpful, she greeted us with a smile, helped us find the right mattress by going on the 'sleepmatch' machine, gave us comfy pillows to try out the mattresses and even offered us a brew! Lovely!
