The lady who dealt with me was very professional and knew what she was talking about no pressure about buying my bed and gave me every option possible

I was really impressed with the level of service I recieved from Anne today, she took time to explain the different products available and was incredibly patient when I was feeling indecisive. I felt like she really wanted to help me get the right product for my needs.

Anne served us whilst shopping for a mattress. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. We found exactly what we wanted due to her help and assistance.

Natalie was very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient I would recommend her a quality award.

I did not feel pressured while looking round Dreams... Assistance was there when we asked for it.

Adam the shop assistant was very helpful and patient he suggested mattress for us to try and was not pushy when we took our time trying them. He suggested we use the sleep match which my partner and i found extremely useful, he also offered us a pillow when trying matresses. He created us well and the time taken and the ease to apply for the finance was very quick.

We received good service by Natalie. She was attentive but gave us space so not like most retail staff that hou d you to death
