I spent the day looking for a perfect bed but could not find any until l arrived at your store

Adam was very very helpful, explained about all the beds and mattresses and the differences

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and was taken straight to the sleep match machine to see which mattress would suit us best. We were then shown all of the mattresses that would suit us. This was great as we wouldn't have had a clue. As soon as we chose our mattress we were offered a drink whilst the order was being put through and different pillows. Customer service was excellent.

The staff were really professional. The assistant who served me was Anne and she was fantastic. Well done Anne!! You were a breath of fresh air!!

I found the staff very helpful and they were so helpful in showing me round and made us feel at home offered us a cup of tea and and gave us some free pillows I would highly recommend this store

Anne was super helpful & personable & We would recommend anyone to speak to her. the sleep match machine was a great way to help us find the right mattress for us.

me and my partner were greeted by Anne and asked if we would like any help and we said yes, she fully answered all of our questions relating to the bed we wanted to purchase and demonstrated all of it’s features. We loved the product and Anne asked if we were looking to purchase a mattress too, we was but didn’t have a clue where to start so she introduced us to the sleep match which was fantastic and accurate so when we lay on the second suggested mattress, it was perfect for myself and partner. Anne also helped us choose pillows suited to each of us and our sleeping positions which was great!! Anne offered and made us several drinks when were deciding our preferred payment method without being rushed to make a decision. Anne was very friendly and helpful. We personally rate her as a 5 * more if possible. She was truly fantastic and great for a little banter. Nothing was too much trouble!, We are now looking forward to a great nights sleep very soon. Thanks Anne, without your help, I would be still dreaming of a great nights sleep in a luxurious bed.
