Very good service in-store.

The full team and the sales assistant where very helpful and was offered hot drinks and multiple options were given (cheaper/dearer) and was made aware of the dreams mattress test to make sure I was receiving the best result for me and my partner. I would highly recommend this store to other people looking for mattress because of the helpful team.

Lots of choice, lots of variations, lots of help choosing. Would highly recommend Dreams, the well informed staff were very helpful. Even offered a cup of tea. Wish I had bought my PJ's.

Anne who assisted us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My husband and I were very impressed.

I was unable to go into a Dreams store so decided to try and buy a mattress online. It was so easy. Having decided on the mattress I wanted I thought I would phone and speak to a 'person'. When I phoned there was no one available to take my call and so I left a message. Thinking the message would be ignored I received a call from Natalie, apologising for the delay in getting back to me. I explained that I wasn't sure which mattress to choose between two. Natalie was very helpful and arranged a delivery date within the week. I was phoned on the day of delivery to be told when to expect my mattress. The delivery was on time and the two delivery men took away my old mattress, unpacked my new one, put it on the bed and left. I was amazed that the whole delivery took less than 15 minutes.

The bed I had seen online was in store to try out. The staff were very helpful, got a coffee & listened to my requirements and gave me good advice.

Staff helpful the bed I wanted to look at was on display was in and out within about 45 mins.
