Staff were very helpful even though we took a long time to make a decision.

Staff were friendly, gave us enough time to discuss the product and price we wanted in private.

Didn't know what I wanted - sales assistant Anne was so nice and really knowledgeable- with the help of a machine showed me mattresses which would be good for me - she left me alone to try numerous ones until I came to a decision - she checked up on me at regular intervals - she was fab and due to her I made a purchase spending way above what I jntended but got a fabulous mattress

Staff had good knowledge of all products on offer and directed me to the best value for money for the product I was looking for

From entering the store I had no idea what mattress I needed, I’ve suffered from severe back pain for years and decided to take a trip to your store to see what I could change to. A lady (I can’t remember her name) came and offered us help straight away, she helped me decide on what type of mattress through the machine you have in store that calculates your sleep pattern/body weight etc. After that she showed us the different mattresses you had on offer to choose from, along with alternative pillows. We enjoyed a coffee whilst deciding what to choose. After about an hour in store we finally made a decision on a mattress and two pillows, being near Christmas and having chosen a quite expensive (but comfy) mattress we were made at ease by having the opportunity to pay 0% finance which helped a lot. Overall I felt really comfortable in this store, the staff were really pleasant and helpful and I would definitely visit again and recommend to others.

We were served by Anne at Ashton on 23.11.19. We were welcomed straight away in a very friendly manner. We were offered the use of the sleep assessment system to match a mattress which was great. We were listened to throughout and this meant our needs were met perfectly. Anne was highly professional but very warm and approachable. We were offered hot drinks and made comfortable. Would definitely recommend and return to dreams in future due to quality of service !

The lady helping us was fantastic. She spent a lot of time explaining the different qualities of each mattress and even managed to get my husband on the dream machine. Well done and thank you

NO PROBLEMS WE WERE ASKED IF WE NEEDED ANY HELP WE SAID WILL BROWSE FIRST.THEN WE ASKED FOR HELP ,GOT THE ASITANCE AND A CUP OF TEA FROM NATALIE WHO FINALIZED THE DEAL

Natalie was the Assistant who help me.. She was great friendly and helpful., Was offered drinks while I made my order.. only down fall was 3 weeks until delivery roll on December 7th when my new bed and mattress arrives.
