Adam was on hand every step of the way. Questions answered promptly and professionally. Hospitality even. There was a human touch to the service/sale.

The staff (Adam and Deb) at this store were proactive and knowledgeable. We did not feel pressured to buy. We received an excellent customer service experience. We were greeted with a friendly welcome and offered a drink whilst we were browsing the products. On purchasing our mattress we asked if there was anything that could be included free of charge and were given 2 flaxby pillows.

It was easy to find the bed I wanted and service was quick and efficient.

The Sales advisor Anne was exceptional. Didn’t hassle or follow us round the store but was always close at hand to answer any questions or offer advice. No pressure and a very relaxed process.

Fantastic customer service!

From entering the store there was somebody to assist us, we were given time to walk round and was encouraged to sit / lay on the beds to test the different mattresses, the lady was very knowledgeable and helped with any questions we had. We were offered a drink as it was a very cold day. At no time we’re we pressured into buying, upon deciding in our purchase the ordering process was quick and easy, even allowing us to choose our preferred delivery date. Overall experience was excellent.

the salesman, John, was extremely well informed and answered all our questions. his colleagues were equally efficient.
