Both Deb and Adam were very friendly and greeted us as we walked in. We were offered a drink whilst my partner used to sleep match service. After, we were talked through our options and told about the sales and offers in store, giving my partner the ideal pillow to test the beds with. When we selected a mattress, we were given expert advice on the care and warranty of the mattress. They went above and beyond every step of the way. Based on their help, I would always choose Dreams when buying a bed or mattress.

Natalie who helped us was very friendly made it easy navigating the different options available and made much simpler than I thought it would be in choosing a new bed
