Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

The staff member who served me was so nice she was friendly not pushy and smarmy like in some shoes. My son has autism and she was really good with him as well.

As soon as I entered the store I received assistance in my choice of bed and mattress without being rushed for my decision. Likewise, when I placed my order over the phone I spoke with Anne, I think, who went that extra mile to help me with my order.

For today’s visit it was simply to try out the mattress machine to see what we should be looking for on a near future purchase. Our adviser Adam was fantastic from completing the tester to explaining each mattress and what they are designed to do including the colour codes. Adam allowed us to take our time going around the shop trying out different beds he seemed to know when to approach us and was able to answer our questions well. As stated we were there to get an answer for a future purchase however when we reached the Tempur section it was clear our Dream had come true 😀 we decided to wait no more and went forward with the purchase. Adam was fantastic he talked us through everything to make sure we were certain of our purchase and carried out the order efficiently, he is a credit to your company.

The sales assistant, Anne, at the Ashton under Lyne store took the time to understand our needs and requirements. Her knowledge of the products was fantastic and it was a pleasure dealing with her. She made the experience a very pleasant one.

The lad at the Ashton moss branch was fantastic and there was no pressure what so ever. He knew his job and gave great detail along the way. I truly hope the mattress we ordered is delivered on time and is exactly the one we chose in store. We are currently going through a really bad experience with scs for a settee we have bought so I hope you guys can make us sleep better 🤣

Great assistant, asked us what we was looking for and managed to get us a very good deal on a mattes for my 3 year old son and a king size for me

The staff were very professional answered all our questions and supported us with making a decision that was personal to us.

When we first entered your store, we were allowed time to look round before being asked if we needed any help.

Adam was very helpful not pushy at all,there when needed and attentive.Gave us the opportunity to the simulator which tells which firmness of bed we should choose. Gave us the options of the extras which we took advantage of. Excellent customer experience.
