From the minute we walked into the store we were made to feel valued as customers. It was really nice to be offered tea or coffee before we did the sleep test. Natalie was friendly and informative without being pushy, she was very professional. We were shown a range of bases, mattresses and headboards, and again Natalie took time to explain all the different combinations. We were extremely happy with our visit and look forward to getting our new bed delivered.

We chose the bed frame we wanted, then when it came time to choose a mattress after noticing us trying mattress'. The in-store colleague offered us the chance to use the sleep test bed to find the ideal mattress. And afterwards talked us through the differences in the mattress types and also offered us a pillow each, to suit our sleep position. We were offered a tea and coffee which was served very promptly and once we were ready to purchase our product she went through the sale efficiently. There was no pressure to buy any particular productive just wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our choice
