The staff was very cooperative. We been giving different options to save money and buy more stuff. The availability was good and the delivery option was fantastic. They left the delivery at the door step with more then 2 meters distance and took my photo with the mattress as receipt confirmation.

The young lady that took our order was brilliant, we were only going to buy the beds, as the mattresses seemed too expensive, Natalie discussed our needs and showed us another mattress which was perfect and suited our budget so we ordered that too, we were offered tea or coffee and felt that everything was explained to us very well, it was much better than ordering online, please pass on our thanks

The member of staff greeted us on arrival and left us to browse after telling us if we needed help just to ask when we decided he was very helpful and friendly
