The pillows are excellent, neither too soft nor too hard. The mattresses are due in January.

Friendly staff, approached us on arrival. Left us to look. Asked if we needed refreshments

I am disabled and the colleague made sure I had somewhere to sit and offered me a coffee. She also explained the delivery procedure. A very pleasant and knowledgeable lady.

Huge credit has to go to Kam at Dreams Manchester. She was incredibly helpful, friendly and consultative. Beds have always been hard, and she walked us through the process. She looked after us whilst in store and gave us her full attention. Sleepmatch was sublime, and gave us a great starting point in narrowing down options.
