The staff were professional yet friendly and we’re following all guidelines during a difficult time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough to make us welcome. The person who handled our order knew what she was talking about and did her very best to answer all our queries. Really everything went through straightforwardly and I was more than happy with the service that staff at Dreams with the in-store experience. I would just like to say that the second part of the order is not completed that is , the after service, delivery date, assembly of beds, and tiding up. obviously I have to wait to make any comments when the order is finally completed. At the moment everything is going through and I await the final result. i

Anne was understanding of our needs, and was so lovely in offering us pillows with protectors on, diagnosing our mattress needs with the computer bed and allowing us to browse at our own leisure for the products that met our needs.
