The two members of staff in the store were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful & professional. They clearly understood their products & gave us excellent service.

The store did not have many customers which meant there were more staff than people inside, I did not have to Que to come in and could sanitise my hands on entering the store. I was greeted by a member of staff and the store was clean. Initially I went to sit on a matress I'd seen online before buying it online, however the staff told me that the particular mattress I wanted to buy - Silentnight hadleigh mirapocket mattress was not in any store. After a few minutes of browsing other options Debra came over to help me find a different mattress, she showed me the different firmness and spring types and helped me chose a mattress, she even offered to get me a disposable sheet to lie on! Debra had excellent product knowledge and knew the turn around time from placing an order to delivery which meant I could chose when I wanted my new mattress to be delivered which was really helpful. Debra also made explained I could pay a deposit now and the rest later or pay the whole balance due today. When I asked about extended warrenty Debra told me about the 40 night exchange guarantee and additional insurance I could purchase which included a free mattress protector. An easy buying process.

I wasn’t hassled or followed by staff but just simply got told as and when I was ready for assistance just to ask she was friendly helpful and down to earth it was an extremely hot day I was given a bottle of water which was greatly needed and due to this overall experience l have and will be recommending you to my friends this was my first time in one of your shops 👍🏻🙋🏻‍♂️
