Adams customer service was excellent. Let us take our time. Set up the bed machine to tell us which one we needed. Explained all our options And took us round to each bed that suited us giving us enough space for social distancing. Felt safe, everything was spotless in the store. Very friendly and helpful staff. Even bought some pillows to go with our new bed. Thank You

I am satisfied with my experience at dreams, due to the sleep match technology, as I was able to pick the mattress most suited to me, I would also like to add one of the other reasons I came to Dreams is because they offer the recycle service to take away my old mattress which would be impossible to do on my own.
