Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

Was hoping for delivery a little sooner but just didn’t fit with shifts etc, not a major problem

I entered the store at 5.00 pm and i felt it was perphaps a little late in the day to have a really good look round and get as much help as i knew i needed . There was no need to worry at all ...the sales assistant was near the door ..she asked if she could help which i said yes please and we looked at each different type of bed and mattress . She suggested i go onto your mattress machine which was amazing and confirmed for me what i already knew ..i needed a firm mattress . The sales assistant made a few suggestions and i picked my mattress , base , headboard . We completed the saie and arranged delivery and discussed protection cover etc . I was offered a bottle of water from the fridge as it was extremely hot that day . Everything was clean and i felt very safe in that store . There was another assistant who was also very nice .Both assistants assured me they were very happy to stay after 6.00 pm finish if needed ..which it wasnt in the end but i didnt feel pressured to choose in a hurry . Excellent experience all round . Thankyou

Me and my husband were highly satisfied with the experience at Dreams in Ashton-under-Lyne as as soon as we walked in we was greeted and asked if we needed any help which we did as this is our first time we have been able to afford a brand new bed and as I'm pregnant a comfortable mattress is a must have for my back! The gentleman who served us was lovely and very helpful i would happily come back into the store again. And the bottle of water we each got was a really nice touch especially in the heat wave we are currently having. Just a shame there's a 6-8 week delivery date for my new bed and mattress. Everything else was perfect and I will certainly recommend to family and friends :)

I was attended to by Natalie who was brilliant at helping me choose a mattress and base. Her knowledge of items was excellent. The store was beautifully clean and health guidelines were in place. An extra nice touch was offering a bottle of water as it was a very hot day Altogether a lovely buying experience.
