Before my visit to the store I was apprehensive about how testing mattresses would work given the current pandemic. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful sales rep who ensured my safety. I was guided straight to what I was looking for and given a pillow with a fresh piece of tissue on it so I could comfortably try mattresses without worrying. I was also able to try them as much as I wanted before making a decision, which I was not sure I would be able to do given all the precautions stored have to take. The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and helped me make the right choice, as well as ensuring I got the best deal on the mattress I chose.
