The lady serving was very helpful. I was pleased with distancing and that staff observed it very well. It didn’t feel like a box tick and they verbalized what they were doing at all times - ie, I won’t touch this pillow now, you can keep hold of it. I’ll give you the machine so I don’t handle your card etc Didn’t give me the hard sell and was a good experience
