I didn’t want a drawn out process and I hate lengthy sales pitches, I prefer conciseness and accuracy in the information I am given (more so during Covid, when I want to spend as little time in store as possible). But I still want honest accurate info and good service - all of which I got in store on my visit.

As first time home/bed buyers we had no idea what we were looking for, we had an appointment on the dream master and then we’re taken around a few options from that. Then left for a good look around to pick and browse. Then able to come back with our choosing soon as we were ready.
