Went to the Ashton under lyne store. One lady at the reception area, was too busy typing on her computer to even bother coming over to ask what I was looking for. I knew the bed I wanted so went over to her and stood there for few minutes whilst she was typing on the computer! She looked up after few minutes. Asked her where a certain bed was. She gave instructions as to where it was, didn't bother to show me herself. Found the bed, looked at it then a man came over asking if I was ok. Told him exactly what I wanted. He was helpful however list interest as soon I told him I know what mattress I want, wasn't interested in the higher priced one he suggested. At this point he lost all interest and proceeded to just get on with the sale as fast as he could. No eye contact, no thanks for the sale, nothing. All this time, the woman from earlier continued to flirt and laugh with another colleague who was showing her a new system or some5hing on the computer. So walked away with spending nearly £600 feeling like I was invisible. Not a good experience at all.

I have not answered any of your questions with a 'Not Satisfied', so I am confused as to why you are asking his question.

A member of staff name Arissa was rude and has no customer service skills what so ever. She threw a duvet on the floor in front of me when I asked to speak to a manager. She was not at all helpful. I called prior to visit to check availability of item spoke to Arissa who could t be bothered to look therefore making me and my 2 week old baby travel to store for an item not available.

The lady in store totally confused us with numbers, added on mattress insurance when we didn't even want it told us she would give us free cushions and mattress protector when worked out , it turns out we even paid full price for these, she lied to us on the figures when we asked her about this, she got all nasty and rude with us we then walked out of store to go to another shop she then rung us back up and apologised we went back in store as we loved that bed and wanted that bed, she then confused us again lied to us again and put through cushions mattress protector , assembly, and insurance that we didn't want, really really not happy about this I went back in store the day later another lady said we have been way over charged and will receive vouchers to spend in store from the delivery guys these where not received and the delivery guys new nothing about it, I feel totally ripped of and conned and will be reporting this to watch dog.

We ordered 2ft 6in bed and mattress. After waiting a MONTH for delivery, for which we paid £39, a 2ft 6in base was delivered with a 3ft mattress! We are now told we have to wait another MONTH for another mattress. This is highly unsatisfactory as not only are we now living with furniture blocking our landing in anticipation of delivery, but we have no bed for our grandson who needs to stay at our house at half term 15 Feb. We are looking to have this delivery brought forward, and re-imbursement of the delivery charge which has been entirely unsatisfactory. LUCY and IAN LEECHi

I waiting 5 weeks for my deliver day and booked a full days annual leave at work to make sure I was home for the deliver of our new bed frame. However, the day before the deliver of our new bed I got a voicemail from the store saying that the bed will not be delivered the next day as it is not in stock! After spending me full dinner break trying to get through to customer service, I finally got through to the customer care team that informed me that the bed had set on fire on its way to the UK - which I do not believe to be true. When asked about a new delivery date I was told that you couldn't give me an exact date however it will be at least a further 6 weeks - bringing my total wait for a bed frame to 11 weeks! I immediately asked for a full refund. So after waiting 5 weeks for a new bed I was almost £500 out of pocket for over a month, 1 days annual leave down for the year and still without a bed in mine, and my fiancé new apartment. I am shocked at how Dreams treats their customers, especially when you can easily get the same bed frame from eBay for half the price with delivery the following week, I guess it was a blessing in disguise.
