The 8 year insurance policy contradicts itself and when highlighted to the staff there was lack of knowledge and another staff member started reading up on it then the phone rang and my issue was ignored. Total lack of bad manners and bad customer service. I will highlight my experience on social media too.

felt the assistant was selling me a product that perhaps he needed to promote and sell a certain amount that day? There was a mix up with the delivery day, the assistant said he had left a message on my mobile. I didn't get that. The delivery address written down was not complete. I had to make several calls to get all this sorted, to the store and the my tenanat. I was not totally disatisfied but I felt it could have been better :)

when speaking in private to a family member, interuptions and rudness from the sales lady. after storming off saying she will find someone else to deal with us sent noone to assist us, upon questioning this she returned. had I been rude to her I could understand her abrupt behaviour, but to deal with a sales person who interupts a personal conversation and them chucks attitude is not something i expect. I work at Manchester Audi, ive had my fair share of rude customers, but ive never seen a sales person be so rude for something ive not done. Baring this in mind im not one to walk away just because of a sales person, i can understand we all have bad days after all we are all human but there is no need for behaviour like that. If i was to be a true customer i could have kicked off and demanded another sales person but i didnt, i still let her take my mothers details to which she still got my mothers name wrong after i spelt it out. listening to customers is clearly not one of her strong points but at this point i dont car if its Bagum or Bibi . i got what i wanted and im happy with that.

We were advised that the first payment would come out 30 days after the order after trying to log on to my online account with the finance company many times I rang them and they advised me no payment would come out until the bed has been delivered. Regarding the delivery I have received an email saying it’s going to be another 7-8 weeks ?! Also looking through the emails I noticed that on our order it says items you not selected and that is assembly where we were specifically offered this and added it on to our order and we asked because we currently have a Dream’s bed will they take the old one apart and rebuild it in our spare room and he said unfortunately not so we are 100% certain assembly was on our order and yet it’s not on our confirmation email ?! I have tried to call the store but no answer on a number of occasions ?!

We walked around for a good 15 minutes. We were the only customers in the store and there were many shop assistants however we had To go find someone to help us, pretty much every assistant in the store walked past us while I was trying to get some help!

The mattress was supposed to be delivered on 24/10/2018 and we had confirmation by e-mail, text, and telephone. On the 23/10/2018 we were told by telephone that the mattress would not be coming and the lady did not why. We had guests coming to stay on the 24/10/2018 for a week so we had to go and buy a double inflatable bed to accommodate these people. We have not had any other information by your company or any indication on when we are likely to receive our mattress.

My first time in the store I was served my a male who was very friendly and helpful but when I came in a second time he was not there so a female helped me. She was very good naturally friendly and knowledgeable. When the other male came back he more or less shoved her out the way to get to me as if I was his sale . I really felt sorry for her as she was so helpful. I went through the products I wanted with him but the wrong ones were delivered . That was my fault I should have checked the confirmation sent to my phone as it did not match what I thought I bought. I’ve just shifted house and I felt like I had to accept it because otherwise I wouldn’t of had a bed to sleep in for a couple of weeks and I would of had to book even more time off work .

only told i had to pay for delivery and extra for assembly as i was about pay not when view the bed. the bed price has dropped twice in a matter of two weeks. slats have caused myself and my partner a bad back . The bed will not stoping making squeaking and knocking noises we have to be able to get a good nights sleep.

HI, we found placing our order and going through all T&C's with Farzana fine, we were advised delivery would be approx 2 weeks maximum, and we would be contacted to arrange delivery. A week has gone by and I contacted the store to ask when would we expect delivery only to be told the item is out of stock and it will be 6-8 weeks before we received our goods. I am not happy with this as I was told 2 weeks maximum and I had to contact you, nobody thought to contact me to let me know delivery was more than we were advised.

I purchased the standard tempur pillow after several weeks of broken sleep. I tried in the store and the pillow seemed the best option; however, I had not realised there was another section of pillows round the back. I made my purchase, and discovered after there is a cloud version of the pillow. This had not been mentioned at the time of purchase. When I raised this, I was met with chagrin at the suggestion of exchanging and felt pressured to make do. Based on the slogans and general standpoint Dreams put across, I was surprised on returning the next day after an even poorer nights’ sleep (the pillow was too firm as I suspected) to be told I should have read the Ts&Cs, could not make a return and should go on eBay. I admit I should have been savvier, but I had not thought I needed to be, especially after my positive experience purchasing a mattress at another store. However, this has demonstrated fairly clearly that sales are more important than satisfaction and I now have an expensive product I cannot use. Therefore, going forward I will not be using, endorsing or recommending Dreams as a sleep product specialist.
