We had to find assistance as nobody approached us apart a general greeting upon arrival. We stood around for nearly ten minutes and had to finally look for an assistant ourselves. Once that was done the rest of the buying process was very satisfactory.

I was quoted a price for a bed frame and a clearance mattress. I was told by the assistant, Arissa, that she would 'throw in a couple of pillows and a matress protector'. As I was in a rush to get to school, I trusted her amount on the bill, signed and left. I realised later on that day that I have actually been billed for those items! She only took off 20 pounds from the pillows but billed me the rest! I have bought at least 6 matresses and a few beds over the course of the last ten years, only from your store. My loyalty has been rewarded by deception for some pounds. I am very disappointed and would like a refund.

There was a problem with the ticketed price which I had to bring to the stores attention during the billing process. I then reviewed my email and identified a number of aspects on the invoice which weren't clear and hadn't been explained instore 1) The free mattress cover wasn't free I paid £10 2) The Delivery Charge wasn't explained at all (this has been refunded by your customer service team as a gesture of goodwill 3) The (10 year insurance) wasn't explained to me in store and was a surprise when reviewing my emailed receipt. The customer services gave me a brief overview of the 10 yr. guarantee, the shop assistant didn't!!! When I phoned, the store manager answered and was not overly repentant about this poor service.

It was only when I was making payment that I found I had to pay for delivery,and £40 seems rather a large sum,as I have no one who could move the old mattress for me I asked if the van making delivery could move it for me,again £40 seems a lot.

Lack of assistance and the workers knowledge. She didn't offer any replacement products other than trying to sell me more stuff, pillows and duvets.
