We were very happy with the product we bought and the service of the assistant

The cost of delivery is ridiculous, 39 pound!!!!

We were only in for a very short time and got what we wanted very quickly, so we were quite satisfied with the process.

There's always room for improvement be prices or products

Customer service was very good however felt that the overall price we paid was a little expensive since we have seen similar specification bed frames for a fraction of the cost. Happy to pay the price for the mattress. Overall however good experience

Arissa who served me was polite and friendly and had a good knowledge of different types of mattresses for my needs

It was very good and we were told delivery was 2 hour slots which is fine the problem is we are not getting keys to property till 11am and we have not been guaranteed an afternoon slot. It was only after we had paid that we were told we had to be available all day and it's just not possible there is no flexibility, you should be able to select morning or afternoon appointment and if we had not already paid we would not have bought from dreams
