We visited Dreams first time round and found the bedframe & mattress we wanted. I went through barclays finance and got rejected. So we left the store really unhappy with the result. Approximately one month later we returned for a second attempt, to be then told we should have been given the option to try out the finance company 'creation' which we never heard about. Me & my partner was furious about this because I later got accepted for the finance knowing if this happened a month ago, we would of had a new bed by now. The staff member who I dealt with the second time apologised for this and was very kind she greated us, then offered us a drink. As testing out the mattresses she also offered us pillows which was great. Still a little upset about the first experience we had with dreams because we wasn't offered the chance to try the second finance company 'creation'. the staff member who dealt with us first time did not seem too bothered with us and fealt she wanted an early finish from her shift. I hope this purchase will be worth the money after the hassle & confusion I went through.

I was highly satisfied with my visit and I have always had excellent service every time I have shopped at dreams I would recommend dreams to everyone once you've been you will look around at other stores however you will always go back to dreams good quality and price what more do you want

I find it disappointing that you charge delivery if not between 9 and 5 mon to fri when people who work have no choice but to pay and aldo the price for taking away old mattress is a bit steep

Our needs were met and the assistant was very helpful however, although there were no issues and we were satisfied and have no complaints I didn't feel' blown away' which would result in a highly satisfied response.

I unfortunately missed production of a certain bed I wanted , so as a result paid more for the newer version .

The first delivery date available was 12th July, this 2 weeks later than I need the bed and mattress for sleeping on. I expected a company of your calibre to have much more readily available and faster delivery options. The gentleman at the store tried to be as helpful as possible and was kind enough to offer discounts on the delivery, but it still means I'll be sleeping on the floor for 2 weeks, and there was nothing he could do about it.
