After agreeing a delivery date and being given a 2 hour delivery time slot the night before, not only did the bed not get delivered within that slot it did not get delivered that day at all with no email, text, voicemail or phone contact to advise of any problem! Having made a clear path removing any obstacles or valuables, we had also disposed of the old bed that day so consequently had no bed to sleep on. So much for a perfect dream sleep !!!!!

The staff were lovely. One staff member was new and so I didn’t feel we received sound advice on the difference in mattress choice. This is not her fault however I would have felt more confident in my purchase if staff had more knowledge.

Staff were approachable, they gave me time to peruse without pushing until I was ready to ask questions and find out prices. The items I selected were originally incorrectly put into the computer and had to be relooked at, as it seemed it was cheaper to buy online. Compared to staff at other major bed shops the forthcoming knowledge seemed limited and no information given unless asked for. Buying such an expensive item is a big decision to make and I came in store after a lot of other research and visits to multiple stores to make sure I made the best decision, my purchase did not require a mattress and I chose dreams because it sold the items separately and the store is in a good location for me to visit however I felt that the staff did not have any major interest in making a sale. I was offered deals to buy on the day in multiple other stores and if only for the choice in one item I would have taken one of these offers elsewhere

We were the only people in the store and yet struggled to get the attention of staff once we had decided on our purchase. This coul£ have resulted in a lost sale for yourselves.

There's always room for improvement, there was only 2 members of staff on the floor & the store was busy so more staff required when offers are on (IE bank holiday)

because the amount we spent on our purchase,we felt the sales man could have given us some free pillows or a mattress protector.As Dreams have done in previous purchase we made.

the selection of beds at the store wasn’t that much didn’t seem like there was much option. I needed to purchase 2 beds and walked away with one as the other one was only available in one colour.

Overall experience was very good. No complaints at all.
